PE and PVC polymers degrade over time when exposed to UV radiation, leading to embrittlement, cracking, and loss of protection. In contrast, our pure aluminum foil reflects over 90% of solar energy and blocks UV light, extending the service life of the coating. Additionally, it helps maintain lower temperatures in pipelines carrying volatile liquids or district cooling utility lines.
How does the modified butyl rubber adhesive prevent moisture migration at overlaps?
Butyl rubber is known for its low gas and moisture permeability.
