Product Introduction
PVC anti-corrosion tape is a product specially designed for the anti-corrosion protection of various pipes, valves and flanges and fittings.
The backing material of PVC anti-corrosion tape is very soft and has excellent elasticity, which enables it to be applied for different shapes. At the same time, the adhesive layer of the tape has high bonding strength, and it can be bond tightly and firmly on both regular and irregular components without falling off or loosening.
This PVC anticorrosion tape can withstand soil stress shear, has excellent abrasion resistance and impact resistance, alongside good acid and alkali corrosion resistance. It is often used as an outer protective tape for viscoelastic tape to provide additional protection and further enhance the overall anti-corrosion ability.
It can work normally in the temperature range of -30℃ to 70℃. Whether in a cold low-temperature environment or a hot environment, it maintains stable performance.
No heating operation is required, making it highly suitable for manual winding. This simplifies the construction process and reduces difficulty.
Features good flame-retardant properties and UV aging resistance, effectively resisting aging and prolonging its service life under direct exposure.
Standard colors are black and yellow, with custom options and thickness profiles available to meet unique project specifications.

PVC anti-corrosion tape is specifically designed for protection of various pipes, valves, flanges, and fittings. It is commonly used as an outer protective layer for viscoelastic tape to provide additional mechanical shielding and enhance anti-corrosion performance.
It functions reliably across a wide operating temperature range from -30℃ to 70℃, ensuring steady performance in both freezing conditions and high-temperature environments.
No, heating is not required. The tape is cold-applied and ideal for manual wrapping, which simplifies onsite application and decreases labor difficulty.
Our standard colors are black and yellow. Custom color requests can also be accommodated based on specific client specifications.
The standard thickness profile is 0.5mm. Custom thickness variations can be produced to fit diverse project engineering demands.
Yes, the tape displays strong ultraviolet (UV) aging resistance, preserving its protective properties and lifespan even when exposed to outdoor solar radiation.
