PVC anti-corrosion tape is a product specially designed for the anti-corrosion protection of various pipes, valves and flanges and fittings.
The backing material of PVC anti-corrosion tape is very soft and has excellent elasticity, which enables it to be applied for different shapes. At the same time, the adhesive layer of the tape has high bonding strength, and it can be bonded tightly and firmly on both regular and irregular components without falling off or loosening.
PVC anticorrosion tape can withstand soil stress shear, has excellent abrasion resistance and impact resistance; with good acid and alkali corrosion resistance. PVC anti-corrosion tape is often used as an outer protective tape for viscoelastic tape to provide additional protection for viscoelastic tape and further enhance the overall anti-corrosion ability.
It can work normally in the temperature range of -30℃ to 70℃. Whether in a cold low-temperature environment or a relatively hot high-temperature environment, it can maintain stable performance and will not affect the anti-corrosion effect due to temperature changes.
No heating operation is required, and it is very suitable for manual winding. This greatly simplifies the construction process, reduces the construction difficulty, and allows operators to complete pipe anti-corrosion operations more easily and efficiently.
PVC anti-corrosion tape has good flame-retardant properties and has good UV aging resistance, and it can effectively resist aging and prolong its service life even when exposed to ultraviolet radiation for a long time.
The standard colors are black and yellow, which can meet the visual needs in different scenarios. Other colors can also be provided per customer requirements. The standard thickness is 0.5mm, and customization is available for special thickness requirements.
