3LPE Heat Shrink sleeve material and closures are manufactured from a thermally stabilized, ultraviolet-resistant, semi-rigid, high-density polyethylene. The 3LPE HSS backing is radiation cross-linked PE backing which provides superior abrasion, mechanical, and chemical attack resistance. And the inner surface of the sleeve is coated with a controlled thickness of a high-shear hot-melt copolymer adhesive. The high-performance adhesive provides high bond strength, high shear resistance, excellent resistance to cathodic disbondment, long-term stability and long-term corrosion protection for the linepipe joint.
FRDP weld joint Heat shrinkable sleeving enjoys good performance of sealing, wide application, easy operation and low preheating temperature, and a perfect anti-corrosion effect. It is suitable for use at the maximum design temperature of the pipeline.
Long service life: The heatshrink sleeve enjoys more than 30 years of service life and good sealing capability.
The wraparound heat shrinkable sleeve belong to open tape allows it to be applied after the pipes have been welded and cleaned, it is more convenient for application than the tubular heat shrinkable sleeve.
☑ FRDP Heat Shrink Sleeve is Germany DVGW Certified and CHINA CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY certified. The FRDP heat shrinkable sleeve can meet a variety of domestic and international standards, such as GB∕T 23257-2017, DEC, DIN30672, European Standard EN 12068, and EN ISO 21809-3:2016.
