PE copolymer-based adhesive.
The Hot Melt Stick is a heat-sensitive, PE copolymer-based stick used for repairing small superficial damage (scratches) to PE-coatings where the damage does not extend to the bare metal. Installation is done with a standard gas torch. After eliminating all sharp edges, cleaning and preheating, the Hot Melt Stick is heated above the damaged area until it becomes glossy. No filler is required. Molten adhesive is applied directly onto all scratch defects to achieve intimate contact with the substrate.
