China China FRDP 60C Heat Shrinkable Sleeve Suppliers - Durable Corrosion Protection from Factory Supplier, Factories

Introducing the FRDP 60C heat shrinkable sleeve (HSS) designed for optimal corrosion protection of pipelines operating at temperatures up to 60℃. Manufactured in China, this heat shrink sleeve features a separate closure patch and is ideal for bonding with steel substrates and commonly used mainline pipe coatings such as FBE, PE, and thermal insulation, As a reliable solution from trusted suppliers in the industry, the FRDP heat shrinkable sleeve effectively creates a robust and enduring corrosion protection system. It bonds seamlessly with steel substrates, FBE primers, and plant-applied polyethylene coatings, ensuring a continuous layer of defense for your pipelines. Choose our factory-manufactured heat shrinkable sleeves for superior quality and performance in corrosion protection

Product Description

Product Introduction

FRDP 60C
01

FRDP heat shrinkable sleeve HSS bonds the steel substrate, FBE primer and plant-applied polyethylene coatings excellently to form a continuous and durable corrosion protection system on the pipeline.

FRDP 60C-1
02

The heat shrinkable sleeve system consists of a two-component solvent-free epoxy primer, a heat-recoverable radiation cross-linked polyethylene backing coated with a hot-melt adhesive layer and a closure patch.

FRDP 60C-2
03

FRDP 60C heat shrinkable sleeve can be used as either 2-layer or 3-layer sleeve system. It depends on whether liquid epoxy primer is needed or not. For added flexibility, the sleeve can be supplied as bulk rolls or pre-cut to the required pipe size.
